Abstract
The integration of sustainability into Human Resource (HR) practices is increasingly recognized as a critical factor in enhancing organizational performance and meeting global sustainability goals. This article explores HR practices related to sustainability by reviewing existing literature, outlining research methodology, and presenting key findings. The study employs a comprehensive review of literature to analyze the evolution, implementation, and impacts of sustainability-oriented HR practices. Research methodology involves a detailed examination of recent studies, surveys, and case analyses. The findings reveal that sustainable HR practices contribute significantly to organizational performance, employee engagement, and corporate reputation. However, challenges such as resistance to change and the need for specialized skills persist. The article concludes with recommendations for HR practitioners to effectively integrate sustainability into their practices and overcome associated challenges.
