Abstract
The migration of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to cloud-based platforms has emerged as a transformative strategy for organizations seeking to enhance their workforce management capabilities. Cloud-based HCM solutions offer scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, enabling organizations to streamline HR processes, improve data accessibility, and leverage advanced analytics. This paper explores the best practices for implementing cloud-based HCM systems, emphasizing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, data security, and change management.
